Mit dem Rad von Alzey zunächst an der Selz entlang über Framersheim, Gau-Odernheim, Bechtolsheim, Köngernheim, Selzen, dann zum Rhein über Mommenheim, Harxheim, Bodenheim und am Rhein entlang über Laubenheim und Weisenau nach Mainz. 48 km bei mindestens 32°C. Schöne Strecke, meist auf landwirtschaftlichen Nutzwegen, durch Weinberge, einige kurze Steigungen, saftige Zwetschgen am Wegesrand (und keine Pannen).
