Alle Jahre wieder müssen/dürfen/können die Studierenden der Bioinformatik im Wahlpflichtmodul „Current Bioinformatics“ an der TH Bingen einen Vortrag über einen aktuellen Fachartikel halten. Der Schwerpunkt des Vortrags liegt dabei auf einem im Artikel verwendeten bioinformatischen Tool, die biologische und/oder medizinische Fragestellung des Artikels dient dabei als Anwendung. Anfänglich, also vor ca. 10 Jahren, hatte ich noch Mühe, geeignete Artikel zu finden. Inzwischen kann ich aus dem Vollen schöpfen und weiß selbst nicht, welchen Artikel ich am Interessantesten finde. Außerdem habe ich sicher noch etliches verpasst oder vergessen …
